The only true injury in life occurs by going into an experience and not being able to find the love in it.
Part of the journey you are making through physical reality involves learning to find love in the midst of every situation, every feeling and every belief you encounter. For example, grief or lose is an intense, often unbearable emotion. Yet, as you allow yourself to surrender deeply to that very human feeling, at the core of it, you will come upon a ray of light that is love and that will be the healer. It will not take away the pain. It may not even take away the feeling of loss, but it will transform it. It will mean that the feelings of loss, or grief, can no longer deny you the experience of love.
Love and life are one and the same. Vibrationally, love is the very substance of life. No wonder it is so frightening to be out of touch with love-that means being out of touch with life and the being that you truly are. You may fear criticism because you fear not loving yourself. You may fear your anger because you fear not being able to love others. When love is fragile and elusive, fear arises in many forms. But as you increase your ability to experience the love that is at the core of every feeling, you will find less and less in life to fear.
